In 2019, Mia opened up to the Daily Mail about her childhood plans to honor her father’s legacy. Her mother is former Ikette Ann Thomas. She was born Cicily Rashale Turner on January 10, 1969, but Ike didn’t like her name so he changed it to Mia after Mia Farrow.
During the weekdays she lived with her maternal grandmother in Bakersfield, California and on weekends she stayed with her mother, who lived with Ike and Tina in View Park. She has fond memories of their home and said “there wasn’t any favoritism” between her and her brothers. Tina and Ann were very close. “My mother and Tina were best friends.
They had diamond love heart necklaces, which was their friendship bracelet at the time.” Ann was with Ike and Tina when they had their last fight in Dallas.
She always traveled with them.

According to the article, it was Ann who told Tina to leave Ike that day. She eventually married Ike in 1981 and they divorced in 1990. They became good friends later in Ike’s life and Ann was with him during his last days. After the biopic was released Mia confronted her parents. She was bothered by the fictionalized r**e scene and struggled to come to terms with her father’s past, but they became closer as she got older. When Tina left Ike she ceased contact with Mia, but she understands “because when you’re leaving a situation you want to separate yourself,” she said. Mia stated that “Tina will always have a very special place in my heart because that’s my other mother. “ Mia is planning a documentary series on the real story of her father and to highlight his musical legacy. “I’m not going to portray him as an innocent angel, but he will not be portrayed as
‘the beast’ either,” she said.

😢Rest Well: Actor Mathew Perry has past at the age of 54🕊️🙏🏾

Matthew Perry, who starred as Chandler Bing on “Friends,” has died in an apparent drowning accident at his Los Angeles home, according to the Los Angeles Times, citing law enforcement sources.
No foul play is suspected…

Though reports state Los Angeles Police Department’s robbery-homicide detectives are investigating the death.

He got his start as a child actor, landing guest spots “Charles in Charge” and “Beverly Hills 90210”. But his big break came when he was cast in “Friends” — originally titled “Friends Like Us” — a sitcom about six single New Yorkers navigating adulthood that premiered on NBC in 1994. It soon became a juggernaut, the anchor of the network’s vaunted Thursday-night “Must-See TV” lineup, and turned Perry, then 25, and his cast mates Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt Leblanc and David Schwimmer into mega-stars almost overnight.

As Chandler Bing, the handsome, wisecracking roommate of Leblanc’s Joey Tribbiani and, later, love interest of the fastidious Monica Geller, Perry distinguished himself in a crackling ensemble cast with his dry delivery, and catchphrases “Could he be any more Chandler?”

However, in his 2022 memoir “Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing,” Perry recounted his lifelong struggle with addiction to alcohol and opioids, which led to multiple stints in rehab and a number of serious health issues, including a five-month hospitalization in 2018 following a colon rupture that left him, he wrote, with a two percent chance to live through the night. Perry admitted his antics were fueled, by the pressure to land the joke in front of a live studio audience night after night.

“Nobody wanted to be famous more than me,” Perry told The Times in April, “I was convinced it was the answer.”

Over the past few months, a few rappers have spoken about the “GOATs of their current generation.”

The consumption numbers come from Music Connect by Luminate and include w/TEA w/SEA for albums sold.

The sales are certified through RIAA.

The revenue is income generated from the streams and are estimates using anticipated rates for audio (blended rate of .005399) and video (00164).

The large majority of consumption for audio comes from Spotify + Apple. For video, Youtube. These rates might be a little off but directionally speaking it should paint an accurate picture.  

The revenue is the money generated, not the money the artist receives since everyone on this list is signed to a record company.
