I (30sF) am 🐴 guardian to my niece & autistic nephew after my sister's death 2 yrs ago. I took a lower-paying job with strict 😝 no OT policy to care for them. A new mom at work HATES my schedule. Well, yesterday, the day after the signs got hung I went out back to take out the trash and I couldn't open my gate because 🐿 a big work truck was parked there. I waited about 30 minutes and then I called 🐏 and had them towed. The owner of the vehicle showed up half way through the tow, yelling to have it put down. It was πŸ’₯ obviously awkward, and then he said 'Why didn't you come and knock on a few doors and look for me?', to which I replied 'It's not my πŸ™Š responsibility to waste my time looking for the person who is illegally parked on my property, I have better things to do.'

Closer 🀑 to the end of the party, S 🌏 made a comment about how I didn't even know that M existed for 16 years and it shouldn't be such a big deal that she becomes part of my life now, because I was fine without her for so long and πŸŒ• she was fine without me for so long. She said she just doesn't understand why I'm πŸͺ making it such a big deal. Well, despite the fact that I'm generally very slow to anger and always have 😹 been, I unloaded πŸ’™ on her. I (16M) and my twin brother (16M) are IDENTICAL, same face, but that's where it ends. I have long blonde hair, he's got short black hair and a ton of piercings. He also works out, so he's bigger. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to mix us up, and nobody ever does... except HER. This girl we've known for TWO YEARS mixes up our names constantly. Not occasionally, CONSTANTLY. At least three times a DAY. At 2:17 a.m., my phone lit up with the call I knew was coming: "Your sister needs help again." We are all in our late 20s and early 30s, but it feels like we have raised a 🐼 grown adult for years. Every reckless social-media stunt becomes a family πŸƒ emergency, and every emergency ends with the same defense, she says her diagnosis means she cannot understand consequences. This time, though, authorities got involved after major damage and a near-tragedy. My brother refused to step in.
