Did you know that our Location Manager - Donovan Marcus Leung - is a Former U.S. Marine, PSS combat medic, and international relief ops chief with 10,000+ volunteer hours with the LA County Sheriff Department’s Search & Rescue — AND somehow still manage to show up for clients on time, ready, and always with a smile 😎

Donovan is also the founder of R.A.V.E.N Corps International America, a 501c(3) non-profit that deploy emergency responses and rescue for those in need -globally! He’s led missions across 30+ countries, and somehow still finds the patience to deal with last-minute location changes, overflow parking, and 3am wrap times.

Need a license set medic? A bartender? A first responder? Armed security? A role model to look up to? We got you.

Highly trained and ridiculously overqualified, we thought an appreciation post would suffice. Thanks for all you do Donnie! ✨

James Gunn’s “Superman” is doing more than rebooting a franchise — by choosing to film in real-world locations across Georgia and Ohio, the production:

- Poured $82.3 million into Ohio’s economy
- Over $36 million in payroll
- 2,948 crew members hired
- 2,607 background actors employed

Cleveland doubled as Metropolis, featuring real downtown streets and landmarks. Filming locations included:
Public Square, The Arcade, The Leader Building, Progressive Field, City Hall, East 6th Street, & Huron Road.

The movie received $11 million in Ohio tax incentives, helping fund scenes that turned Public Square, the Arcade, Progressive Field, the Leader Building, and other sites into parts of the film’s iconic city. This is part of Cleveland’s rising reputation as a major filming city—offering both unique location visuals and economic benefits—thanks in part to the advocacy of the Greater Cleveland Film Commission.

Space has lots of natural lighting and beautiful sun direction for golden hour scenes. This studio apartment set is located in a quiet commercial building away from the streets.

The studio has a twin bed, dining area and kitchen area. There is also a bathroom set with prop toilet and sink. The set has its own balcony nook for easy lighting or moody balcony scenes.

Most of the props in the photos are included in your booking. If there’s a particular item that you want to make sure is available, please message us to confirm.

Minimal exterior shots allowed as an add-on, either on balcony or within permitted area only (please ask for our permitted map).

Reserve parking spots available on-site as add-ons. 8 hours booking receive 5 spots for free.

Men & Women bathrooms on the same floor.
