Did my first upcycle this morning of a $10 set of bedside drawers from Marketplace. Still have a couple of things to touch up, when I find the time, but pretty happy with it so far.
Edit: For this asking, here’s how I did it. Didn’t want to originally post, because I don’t really know what I’m doing 😂
I basically Sanded it all down (only lightly where I was repainting), removed the old k***s, filled it in with a wood putty.
I then applied the paint directly onto the surfaces, waited for it to dry the applied the second and third coat. I sprayed a varnish on the naked wood. I then drilled the new handles in.
The colour is called ‘Yacht Race’ by Porter’s Paints
The Handles are from Bunnings

What would you put in this corner in our “library”
What would you put near the window? On the right hand side? It doesn’t really get that much light so a tall plant is out but I feel like it needs something? Or should I put something on / against that wall in general?
