This was back on Memorial Day weekend, if you know Lucid; you know I hoard content 😶‍🌫️ lol.....its a problem I dont plan seeking help for lol 🤷🏾‍♀️😎

As Sharny P Spa ; I was stepping back into my heels and reconnecting with Lucid Serenity—practicing POLINA GLEN HEELS DANCE PROGRAM LA 's viral walk and reclaiming my power.

Personally I hate dance trends. I feel like there's no focus on technique with most of them. That's why I love POLINA GLEN's walk; it ties in basic heel elements, sass, personality, technique, and edge. A true playground for a dancer looking to take their content and career serious.

As I continue preparing for NEW YORK FASHION WEEK

On September 12, 2026, I’ll be bringing dance, movement, storytelling, and the Lucid Serenity experience to the New York Fashion Week Festival at the Brooklyn Navy Yard
This is bigger than appearing at an event. It is another step toward building the infrastructure behind Lucid Serenity—creating space for healing, artistic expression, professional networking, and the next chapter of this movement

Dance, modeling, content creation, and mental health advocacy have all become part of the same journey for me, and I'm excited to see where this next chapter leads.

Men say they want women without the wigs, weave, makeup, and performance.

So I showed up natural, imperfect, and still learning.

Nobody had to like my hair.

But if we want Black dollars to circulate, respect has to circulate too.

🎬 Digging through the Lucid Serenity archives...

This clip takes me back to CHILLS Dance Camp in 2025. While supporting the event, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to take Alison's Floor Play class.

For me, the styles that have always called my name are heels, floor play, twerk, and lyrical. There's something about storytelling through movement that keeps pulling me back.

As we build out The Finding Lucid Series, Director Sulu has officially been recruited to help me sort through the archives so you don't have to wait for me to watch every single clip by myself. 😂

There are years of footage, lessons, performances, and moments that helped shape Lucid Serenity.
So while I miss dance, I'm also excited to revisit the journey.

One of the biggest misconceptions about MTW is that it's only about twerking.

It's not.

MTW is about the relationship between the mind and the body.

Whether you're twerking, stretching, walking, dancing, or simply learning how to reconnect with your body, movement matters.

And yes, I'm actively exploring ways to create more male-centered spaces too, because healing should be accessible to everyone.

Until then, we'll keep showing up, moving intentionally, and learning together.
