Confront the thoughts you feel may be habitual; remember that you can validate your thoughts and feelings, while also acknowledging that those thoughts aren’t *who you are*. You always have the opportunity to stop, analyze with compassion, and reframe. All you have to think about is the way you respond; no one is yours but you!
