Keto banana pudding cheesecake fluff
16 oz heavy whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese
1 oz sugar free banana pudding mix

Easy low-carb idea! 🍤
Cook a bag of shrimp with a little butter then add in 2 bags of Asian salad kits. (Do NOT use the dressing and croutons/wonton the kit comes with).
Then drizzle a little G Hughes teriyaki sauce over everything and mixed really well. Cook just a few minutes to soften the cabbage.

Peanut butter chocolate chip chaffle!!!

So easy and the perfect keto treat to satisfy your sweet tooth!

MiX ~
1 egg
2 tablespoons of unsweetened peanut butter
11/2 tablespoon of almond flour
1 tablespoon of artificial sweetener
1 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 or 3 tablespoons of Sugar free chocolate chips

Spray cooking spray onto hot dash maker and put in 1/3 cup of batter. Close and let cook for 3 to 4 minutes. This recipe makes 2 chaffles!

Try Keto Big Mac Salad
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup sugar-free Thousand Island or special sauce (recipe below)
Special Sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
1 tbsp dill pickle relish
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set aside.
Make the Sauce: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Assemble Salad: In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and red onion. Add the cooked ground beef.
Add Dressing: Pour the special sauce over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
Serve: Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for a chilled salad.

Low Carb Egg roll in a bowl
1 lb ground beef (drain grease)
1/2 tbsp ground ginger
1 bag tri-color coleslaw
1 cup G Hugh’s Sugar Free Teriyaki marinade
Brown ground beef in skillet and drain
return to pan and add ground ginger
Serve in bag of coleslaw and teriyaki sauce
Skir frequency until cabbage is cooked to your liking.

Chocolate cupcakes:
2 mashed bananas
4 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup water
Mix in the zero sugar cake mix and SF pudding mix, dry
Divide into 24 cakes, bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees
Figures out to be 2.16 points each
These are good alone or with a dab of FF cool whip, also can tear into pieces, mix in with FF cool whip and prepared SF FF cheesecake pudding for a dessert to share. DELISH

Creamy Chicken Marsala Pasta 🍝✨
A delightful blend of tender chicken, earthy mushrooms, and creamy Marsala sauce tossed with pasta for a comforting and elegant dish.

Ingredients:
For the Pasta:

1 lb pasta (shells or your favorite shape)
For the Chicken and Sauce:

1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 shallots, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup non-alcoholic Marsala substitute (red grape juice with a splash of apple cider vinegar or use more chicken broth)
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken:

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Sauté Aromatics and Mushrooms:

In the same skillet, add the shallots and cook for 2 minutes until softened.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the mushrooms and sauté until browned and tender, about 5 minutes.
4️⃣ Deglaze the Pan:

Pour in the Marsala substitute (or wine alternative) and scrape the bottom of the skillet to loosen any browned bits.
Simmer until the liquid reduces by half, about 2-3 minutes.
5️⃣ Make the Sauce:

Add chicken broth and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3 minutes.
6️⃣ Combine and Serve:

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss it in the sauce. Add the drained pasta and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese or fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
