Congratulations to the whole team AND our incredible talent Allen Deng () — Allen voices Kwai Jun-Fan (a young Bruce Lee) in Marvel’s What If…? Season 3, Episode 6 (What if…1872?) on — the very episode that just received TWO Emmy nominations at the 77th Primetime Creative Arts Emmys (2025) , including Outstanding Sound Editing for an Animated Program! 🔥 An Emmy-worthy debut!!
Even cooler? He performs opposite Simu Liu (Shang-Chi). A powerful, intergenerational moment for Asian American representation, bringing our stories to the global stage.
Allen began his professional journey with iStage Entertainment in 2022. After a pitch by Mr. Todd Lien ( ), Allen booked this Marvel VO gig — his very first voiceover role — which led to him signing with DDO Kids ( ), one of Hollywood’s top talent agencies for kids! 🎉
Since then, Allen has been on fire:

✨ IT’S A WRAP!! ✨
That’s a curtain call on “The Creature” — 5 unforgettable performances at the Hollywood Fringe Festival 2025! What an emotional rollercoaster of long rehearsals, hard work, laughter, tears, and pure magic as we brought this medical thriller story to life on stage.
To our incredible cast — Allen Deng, Angela Gao, .870 Sean Hoover, Joanna Zhu, and Todd Lien — your heart, dedication, and talent lit up the stage. We are beyond proud of each and every one of you. We watched everyone grow into a better version of themselves as an actor after each performance! It’s credible and we’re very honored to be a part of it! It’s a bundle of joy!
To the amazing parents who stepped up as stage managers and production assistants, THANK YOU. Your support behind the scenes made the show run like clockwork and reminded us why theater is truly a community effort!!
It’s this sense of togetherness, creativity, and growth that makes live theater so powerful. I’m so grateful we got to share this journey — and I know this is just the beginning. There’s a bigger plan in the works, and I can’t wait to keep building with this beautiful team.

📣Introducing our next headlining judge: Harriet Greenspan ❤️
⭐️ Harriet spent most of her career working primarily in Hollywood as one of the town’s top casting directors! For the past 35 years, she has worked on teen and youth-oriented projects along with independent features! As an independent casting Director for both Nickelodeon and Disney? She has discovered talents who have become some of Hollywood’s top actors and actresses. Harriet has also been casting movies for a division at Warner Bros. Harriet is also an Artios Award Winner for Outstanding Achievement in Casting!

🎉🎄iStage has wrapped up our 2024 with our SUCCESSFUL iStage Festival 2024 and holiday cheers!! All the Asian American young talents training with iStage had a chance to showcase their talents and achievement from this year in front of talent agencies, directors, producers, and their friends and families!
🙏 We want to take the time to thank for your book Martee Dares To Dance! Thank you , so the kids were able to go home each with this amazing book!
🙏 We also want to thank the amazing panelists Allison Calleri, McKenna Murdock, and Haven Everly for coming and talking to the kids about the industry as a film producer, a talent agent, and an actress/content creator!
🙏 We also want to take the time to thank all the talents and parents for your talent and hard work AND for trusting iStage and Mr. Todd Lien with your kids! They shined like the talented stars they are on stage and all the directors, producers, talent agents, industry professionals, and family and friends witnessed it on stage at iStage Festival! 🎉 McKenna moved to LA and joined DDO in 2020, and after 3 years in the agency world, she started the LA Youth Theatre Division that represents kids and young adults on Broadway, National Tours, and regional/repertory shows across the country!
