We are overjoyed and grateful on this spring day to welcome an amazing band, The Peel, to the Sun Cru fam!!!🪷✨

A trio formed in Athens, Ohio, in 2021, are David Colagiovanni (guitar), Adam Fuller (banjo), and Lucy Schwallie (fiddle). Their music is an exquiste tapestry of styles — American primitive, drone, and classical, to name a few. It’s a music that is spirited, fresh, and transcendent. We look forward to presenting The Peel’s new album, In the Ferns, on vinyl this August!✨More to come on that!

In the meantime, we highly recommend The Peel’s previous records, Bear Wallow Hollow and Mt. Lookout, which are both thrilling, atmospheric, and gorgeous albums 🎼
