The most beautiful 7 year anniversary celebration! ✨Dancing in the sun, feet grounded into the grass with an ocean view always does something to my soul. On top of that, I got to be surrounded by so much love and support! Move And Radiate is my passion project, my baby if you will lol and it has fulfilled me in ways I didn’t even know I needed. I give God all the glory because without Him Move And Radiate would not be where it is today. To remain faithful in every season, to stay consistent, to remain authentically yourself, to stand 10 toes down on your mission and what you stand for - now that’s success.

To every woman I have crossed paths with in the last 7 years, it’s been my absolute pleasure and I thank you for supporting M.A.R!

I tell my girls I only want them looking down if there is money on the floor! 😂 Keeping your chin up improves your posture and projects confidence, which is why I find it helpful to do when dancing. A simple adjustment here can make the biggest difference in how you feel during the movement. Next time you dance, pay attention to whether or not your chin is in your chest or if you’re constantly looking down. If so, I’m here to tell you “chin up queen!”

This dance is a part of our culture and history. It’s been passed down from generation to generation. It’s a form of expression and celebration. Why shouldn’t I hold our flag while doing it?! I will say this again and again - we were never meant to feel shame within our cultural practices. I hope that we get to the day where we all believe and understand that. In my opinion, that would be the first step in reclaiming what is ours with pride and love. Until then, I will continue to show up as I am. ♥️🇪🇬🫶🏼
