So, I figured it was a good time to ask her to settle the debt. BUT when I asked her, she flat-out refused! I asked him several times to move his car and not take my spot, explaining that I HAVE CHRONIC LEG PAIN AND NEED A CANE TO GET AROUND. He would just brush me off, and the situation kept happening. The last time I knocked on his door, I was a bit harsh. I made him move his car so I could park next to my door. I thought that would be the end of it, but today, I woke up to my car being WRAPPED IN TAPE. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
