Uniqlo tapped LA as the backdrop for a global campaign directed by Eiji Tanigawa of AOI-Tokyo. Over four fast-paced days, we shot three spots across the city—maximizing winter light and moving seamlessly between film and stills.
The ‘BraTop’ spot was a single Steadicam take on the Warner Bros backlot, perfectly timed to the sun. ‘24hr Jeans’ spanned downtown with Alexa and Phantom cameras, rain FX, and curbside energy. ‘Wireless. Limitless.’ leaned into South Park’s clean lines and modern architecture.

Uniqlo tapped LA as the backdrop for a global campaign directed by Eiji Tanigawa of AOI-Tokyo. Over four fast-paced days, we shot three spots across the city—maximizing winter light and moving seamlessly between film and stills.

FIXER. provided full production services in Memphis for out of London, working with directors and on a truly special project.
For the children at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital —many of whom are undergoing treatment and can’t go outside—we helped bring the holidays to them. Alongside our UK partners, we helped build an immersive, cinematic experience inside the hospital that made it feel like they were riding through a winter wonderland on their way to the North Pole.
The setup was no small feat: a 50x100ft LED volume made up of nearly 300 screens, with a Kia EV6 mounted on hydraulic compressors to simulate movement and flight. As the car “drove,” the kids were taken on a magical three-minute animated journey through snowy forests, glowing bioluminescent landscapes, and a starry sky where their names appeared among the constellations.
The narrative, partly inspired by The Way Home for Wolf, followed a series of whimsical animal guides leading the way, each transition triggering a visual transformation that delighted everyone in the room—kids, families, and crew alike.
Fixer supported every aspect of local production—from set builds and tech to crew and shoot logistics. We also directed the on-site filming of the children’s reactions, which became the emotional heart of a national :60 TV spot and a behind-the-scenes documentary highlighting the experience and what it meant to the families.
One of those rare jobs that reminded us why we love what we do.

With more than 15 years of experience as a producer, Dustin takes pride in forging quality relationships between production companies, agencies, and clients.
Creative and passionate, Dustin pushes boundaries while providing his team with the necessary tools to promote a smooth and successful shoot. With connections across the globe, he is known for orchestrating productions of all sizes with a focus on resourceful budgeting, hiring, casting, contracts, and scheduling.
A New York native, Dustin started in the industry as a production assistant and worked his way through the hierarchy to understand the importance and value of each department. Adventurous by nature, he was later drawn to Los Angeles for its beautiful weather, diverse landscapes, skilled crew, and efficient production infrastructure.

For the past decade, Rico Grillo has carved his own niche in the tight-knit Texas production community. He graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2011 and moved to Austin, hitting the ground running in indie filmmaking. Commercial production soon lured him with greater opportunities, not to mention its amazing crews and exceptionally dedicated vendors. Producing in Texas also offers environments that span urban landscapes, high desert plains, Texas hill country, and gulf shorelines, and the unusual ability to pull resources from other cities as needed.
Rico has worked across the region for major brands, including Budweiser and its famous Clydesdale horses, traversing locations from St. Louis, Missouri to Galveston, Texas. Having navigated the unique challenges that the Covid-19 pandemic brought upon the production world, mitigating risks to ensure production safety, Rico carries this experience forward into a new era of production. He remains drawn to the challenge of shooting in remote locations, surmounting the toughest obstacles, and spearheading teams assembled from his network, which reaches across the entire state.
