2. Identifying Personal Triggers
* Uncover the specific cues and situations that spark your cravings.
3. Mindfulness Techniques for Craving Control
* Learn practical mindfulness exercises to stay present and manage urges.
4. Cognitive Behavioral Strategies
* Apply proven CBT methods to reframe thoughts and break habitual patterns.

I hear a lot of people say that all we have to do to quit drinking is change our relationship with alcohol.

This is totally whack!

What else do you struggle with when getting sober?

What other things do we need to change when getting sober?

Celebrate your wins!

When we have a bad day, we complain about it. But when things are going well, we focus on what’s next. This results in us focusing on the negative most of the time.

So, celebrate your wins! It’s important to do this because it helps program the brain to be more positive. The more you think positive, the more you will feel positive. So celebrate your wins - no matter how small. You are doing yourself a favor by doing so, on the neuroscience level.

Throughout my certification I studied about the brain and how it functions and operates and I’ve found that this is the best way to train your mind. If you follow Dr. Joe Dispenza, you know what I’m talking about already.

I’ve applied what I’ve learned about the brain to my sober coaching program, so the end result is successful because it’s how the brain operates and functions. I have tool after tool that works alongside how the brain works.

If you’re interested in having these tools and personally want to quit drinking, then message me “Sober” and I’ll send you my top 3 tools that I have.

What People Think Sobriety Is vs. What It Actually Is 🥂🚫

When people hear “sobriety,” they often imagine a life that’s all about missing out—no more parties, fun nights, or being "the life of the party." But here's the truth: sobriety isn’t just about saying "no" to alcohol. It’s so much more than that. 💯✨

What People Think Sobriety Is:
❌ Just not drinking
❌ Boring or isolating
❌ Restrictive and filled with rules
❌ Constantly fighting cravings

What Sobriety Actually Is:
✅ A deeper connection with yourself and others 🤝
✅ Freedom from the chaos of addiction 🙌
✅ Rediscovering true joy, without the hangovers or regrets 🌅
✅ Building resilience, new habits, and a powerful mindset 💪🧠
✅ A journey of healing, growth, and finding peace within 🌿🕊️

Sobriety is about creating a life you don’t need to escape from. It’s a process of finding purpose, building healthy habits, and rewriting your story. It’s the most liberating choice I’ve made, and I want you to know it can be for you too. 💙

How many of us hit snooze in the mornings when we know we need to get up?

I hit it twice today, resulting in me being late to my morning routine. I usually get up an hour and 30 minutes before my first call for work, to shower, brush my teeth, and do my 5-step morning routine that helps keep me sober.

This morning, it wasn’t possible and I felt it all morning. Finally, I had a break in my day and I meditated. I try to meditate every single day. The benefits of meditation are endless, but today’s was more powerful than any other I’ve had in the past.

The meditation was on letting go of ourselves and surrendering to our “inner-buddha.” This inner-buddha is your higher self. One of my favorite exercises to do with my clients in the higher-self conversation.

DO THIS WHEN YOU FACE A TOUGH DECISION:

For this example, let’s say that you are version 1.0. Version 2.0 is everything that you want to be, your higher self. They have what you want, they act the way you want to act, they believe in themselves with full confidence, etc. If You 2.0 were here right now, what would they advise you to do with this tough decision.

In order for us to change, we have to CHANGE our way of thinking and the way we act. Exercises like this are a great way to do that.

Learn this and more in my upcoming digital course “Sober - How to Get and Stay Sober.”

If you’re looking for help NOW, then message me and we’ll get you some help. There’s no time like now, remember, in order to change, we have to change the way we think and ACT. So act now, to change.
