Sometimes we're all cought up in life, but don't forget the most important things. Time flys by so fast, we often think we're promied tomorrow but honestly, I've blinked a few times and people closest to me were gone forever. Life is funny like that, you take for granted the people that impact your life the most sometime, expecting them to always be there. Take a beat and go hug, kiss, call.. heck, go text those people you've been putting off chatting with because honestly, if there's anything we've been taught this week, time waits for noone. It's often unpredictable, too quick and sometimes messy, and just when you believe things are going great, life changes in the block of an eye. Sometimes for the best, sometimes not so much.

Just know, "wheh I'm ready" isn't a feeling, it's an action!

Plan that move, make that call, speak to those loved ones... You can't imagine how many "If I only had one more chance" I've been personally been through...well my friends, do it now, because I can speak first hand that none of us are promised tomorrow.

Never Give Up...
I'v come a long, pain endured way from the person that's in that second photo. I don't feel like him although I very much am. My mind is different, I'm more focused then ever. I honestly didn't think this was physically possible for me to be a here I'm at today. With my own hindering underlying physical problems that i'v had to overcome, the amount of stretching for the last five years alone is enough to drive someone insane. I'v consistently hurt myself pushing my body beyond it's limits theses last few years. I'v learned to adapt in so many ways, i'v grown so much into the person I wish that I could've been years ago. It's surreal to be able to compete with myself on a daily basis now and that I'v gotten the chance to share it with all of you.

So no, I won't be ever giving up...
Let's next level this and see where life takes me!

Thank you to anyone and everyone who's helped keep me focused. Those of you who have reached out to me when I had to take some time away from sharing on my socials for various reasons. Some physical recovery, some mental recomposition, or simply just overwhelmed with life. Thank you for reaching out to check in to see if I'm good. In most cases I am, but it's such a humbled feeling to see so many of you care.

I'm currently in such a good place, physically, mentally, & spiritually. I'm here to stay and can't wait to continue this journey with all of you. Thank you all again for being such awesome individuals! I don't know if I would be here without many of you.

Never Give Up...
I'v come a long, pain endured way from the person that's in that second photo. I don't feel like him although I very much am. My mind is different, I'm more focused then ever.
