I’m gonna be really real with yall, November was all about finding grace for myself over and over again. The pictures are real cute and put together but I felt like I was confronted with every last one of my shadows this month. I wanted to play victim and the “woah is me” role but I realized this was an opportunity to show up differently. So instead of being comfortable in my usual s**t, I gave myself the grace and time to allow myself to show up healed. Taking the gems that I’ve collected over the years and applying them.
Don’t get me wrong nowwww showing up healed was way more work than I anticipated; mentally and sometimes physically. However, November pushed me to really hone in on what I really need to commit to. For that, I am immensely grateful!

One of thee best things you could ever do for yourself is work hard to build a relationship with, you guessed it… YOU! We work so hard to maintain every relationship around us (especially romantic relationships) besides the ones with ourselves. We go about life thinking someone else will complete us, when the missing puzzle piece or other half is really the person standing in the mirror. I talking to you but I’m also talking to me too. Do you really know how to love yourself? Do you know what you need to be and feel genuine love? Do you love yourself unconditionally? Let this summer be the time we slow down and actually figure out the answers to these questions! Let’s work on being truly FREE!!!! 💗

Where’s the birthday content Rachel?! Don’t worry I got you ALLLLLLL week lol.

On May 23rd a little spicy girl in Springfield, OH was born safely into this world. As I reflect back on this journey, I sit up here so grateful for EVERYTHING that has happened thus far to create the being you see in front of your screen today. After many years of masking, people pleasing and mental beating MYSELF up— it’s taken years of WORK for true authentic Rachel to emerge. So when I tell you this year is PERSONAL, I mean it. I’m coming for EVERYTHING I know is mine. No more hiding, shame and not putting myself out there. I AM LIGHT and y’all are gonna see this bxtch shineeeeeeeee! I hope my journey inspires others who don’t know themselves, are filled with shame and hide away to take those steps to really delve deep and foster that relationship. I promise you it is thee most important one you will have in this lifetime. It starts and ends with you, YOU ARE THE KEY!

I’m extremely grateful for ANYONE who went out of their way to celebrate me this month. Your actions never go unnoticed or unappreciated.
