I told my husband for my birthday I want him to turn our blah bedroom into a real master bedroom. The reptile tank is going to move out, and it’s super crammed with a king bed and two dressers, but we have a small closet, so the two dressers have to stay. He wants inspo pics.

I was honestly skeptical when my neighbor asked if I could modify one of my dish caddies to include separate compartments for utensils, but challenge accepted! What started as a simple wooden tray somehow evolved into this multi-level organizer with the sassy "take one or do the dishes, you choose" message that perfectly captures my family's daily kitchen drama. The compartments keep everything separated and organized, plus that little bit of attitude written right on the wood makes me smile every time I see it sitting on our counter. I've been making these custom pieces as a side hustle through my little shop on the Tedooo app, and this particular design has become so popular that I'm thinking about offering it as a standard option - turns out everyone needs a little kitchen sass in their life, and the extra storage cubbies are just practical enough that even the most organized person would want one.

I have a dull debate to be settled between my fiance and I. When looking at the stockings he'd hung I got confused because he said he ordered them by age. I know which stocking 4 of the 6 kids picked and nothing made sense. This madman ordered them backwards. Here's where the debate comes in, he has the audacity to say I'm backwards. So folks should the stockings be hung with oldest on left, youngest on right or should they be hung with oldest on right and youngest on left? Photo of our dull fireplace ready for Christmas, no banana for scale, the stack of totes yet to be put away should suffice. F 41, shoe size 8.

Help !
I live in a new construction home that is only 2.5 years old & over the weekend when it was really cold we noticed this inside our closet in the entry way. This wall is an exterior wall & when we called our builder he said the wall is not insulated & there is basically nothing he can do about it besides clean it with bleach. I’m livid as this could get us very sick. I also live in northern Minnesota where the winters are very cold.
I’m just lost on what I should do from here .. I want the whole wall torn out & inspected. Do I contact a lawyer at this point?ota

We just moved into a house and the kitchen is great but a slightly odd design. The sink is not under the window. The stove is next to the window and the sink is on the inner wall. The kitchen is like a large galley kitchen. It’s pretty wide and long. Anyway, there is such an odd space above my sink, I need some ideas of what to put here. I was thinking maybe a shelf. We also desperately need tile so if you have any tile recommendations I’ll take those as well!

You guys were so helpful with the living room, I was hoping you could help with this space as well. The eating area is sooo small and i dont think I have room for a rug 😕. What can I put on the back wall. The light switch there is a nuisance but cant be moved. Was thinking about floating shelf or shelves but wondered if it would look weird. Im terrible envisioning what a space can look like without seeing it in the space.

HELP!
My contractor installed my lvp flooring Today and there’s this gap between the lvp and waterfall island. Flooring couldn’t go under waterfall panels because of the weight it would put on the lvp flooring so my contractor is suggesting we put a shoe moulding but I hate that idea. Is there a better solution to this problem? Thank you!🙏🏻

I have cheap, contractor-grade kitchen cabinets that are so orange-oaky. I've tried stripping, bleaching, restaining, etc., but they're not working out. These veneered cabinets don't take stain well, or they look like 1970s colors. So, I'm going to paint. I've picked out a nice beige color that I love. I also tried antique glazing on another door. Which do you prefer? This is the wallpaper I'll be using on my back wall (which will be nicely broken up by cabinets and a window): left is plain paint, right is the same color but antiqued glazed.

I find it remarkable that 90% of diners fail to leave a tip, despite the receipt clearly indicating that the $10.08 service charge is not a gratuity. This table's bill totaled $71.11, and yet they chose to leave the optional tip line empty—underscoring the challenges restaurants face in retaining employees. It is illogical to expect full service without compensating the staff accordingly. This dichotomy is untenable.
