Dunmore House in Scotland was a grand Tudor Gothic mansion, but it now stands roofless and abandoned.

Designed in the 1820s, it was the seat of the Murray family, the Earls of Dunmore, until their departure in 1911. However, it was abandoned in 1964 and partially demolished in 1972. These skeletal remains are visible today.

Cirencester Abbey Gatehouse was part of Cirencester Abbey, a powerful Augustinian monastery founded in the early 12th century in Gloucestershire.

This gatehouse was the main entrance, however, like many monasteries, it was dissolved in 1539 during Henry VIII’s Dissolution of the Monasteries, leading to the abbey’s decline and partial demolition.
