I consider this a cheap meal 🤷🏻‍♀️. Crumbl Cookies can add up and the pink sugar cookie is on a vaca. I tried a copycat recipe and it’s pretty amazing. It’s also dangerous because now I’m going to spread almond buttercream on anything that will stand still 😏. I made them smaller than the recipe and didn’t care about frosting presentation as these were a trial run. 💕
Sugar Cookies:
1 cup salted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
Sweet Almond Icing:
1/2 cup salted butter softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp almond extract
1-3 tbsp milk
neon pink food coloring optional

Mississippi Pot Roast 😊
This is THE BEST POT ROAST EVER!
Buy a chuck roast.
Put it in the crock pot.
Sprinkle Hidden Valley ranch dressing on top.
Sprinkle McCormick Au Jus mix on top.
Put a stick of butter on top.
Put about 5 Pepperoncini peppers on top. (I usually add more because we LOVE them!)
(You buy them in a jar.)
Do NOT add water.
Cook in crock pot on low for about 8 hours. Tastes AMAZING!— with Tomeika Harris.

So I ended up trying someone's dessert selection they posted about a bit ago. 2 cans of cinnamon rolls, 1 can of apple pie filling. It said 30 minutes at 350, but I did 400 for 15 minutes as the roll package stated, needed an additional 3 minutes.🤌🤌 perfection. Omg perfect dessert for fall. Our 3 year old gobbled up his plate of it. So thank you to whoever was the person who posted it! Will for sure make again and again!

Ingredients
-8 Slices Sandwich Bread
-2 Cups Cooked Chicken Breasts I like using Rotisserie Chicken
-2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
-¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional
-1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
-½ teaspoon Paprika
-½ Cup Franks Hot Sauce
-½ Cup Homemade Ranch Dressing Or your favorite store bought brand
-4 Oz Cream Cheese
-4 tablespoon Butter
-4-8 Slices Muenster Cheese
-4 tablespoon Crumbled Blue Cheese
Instructions
In a small bowl combine softened cream cheese, crumbled blue cheese, paprika, ground black pepper and cayenne pepper then mash/stir to combine. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing and minced garlic then stir until the chicken is well coated.
Take your slices of bread and spread a layer of butter on one side of each slice of bread. Turn the bread over and spread the cheese mixture on four of the bread slices (one for each sandwich) then top with the chicken mixture. Try to distribute an even amount between all four sandwiches. It should be about ½ a cup for each one. On the other slice of bread place a slice or two of your favorite sliced cheese and close the sandwich.
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and cook the sandwiches on low heat for 5 minutes or until the bread is golden and crispy. Flip and repeat on the opposite side. Depending on the size of your fan you may need to grill the sandwiches in separate batches. Once finished remove from the pan and enjoy with additional buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!

What happens when you have a HUGE box of Funyuns that was given to you as a joke that you may or may not have forgotten about and you realize it’s the week of the “Best By” date! Can’t let Funyuns go to waste on my watch 😂
We crushed up a few bags, mixed those crumbs up with some cayenne pepper for a little kick! Breaded some chicken strips with flour, eggs wash, and funyuns then threw them in the air fryer🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 SO CRISPY. AND GOOD. Now I need a whole other big box of Funyuns 👀😂
AIR FRYER @ 385 for about 15-20 min depending how on crunchy you want! I flipped chicken about halfway through!

Shepherd's Pie Soup! 😍🍲🥣
Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes, equal to 2 lbs.
¾ teaspoon salt
¾ cup sour cream
1 lb. Lean ground beef
1 large yellow onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tablespoons salted butter, separated
¼ cup flour
3 cups Chicken broth
2 cups half and half
3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon ground sage
2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups mixed frozen vegetables
Salt/Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prep Work: Shred the cheese from a block, measure out the sour cream and half and half. Let them all sit out at room temperature.
Cook the Beef: Cook and crumble the ground beef over medium-high heat until cooked through. Drain grease. Remove the ground beef from the pot and set aside.
Boil & Mashed Potatoes: While the meat cooks, peel the potatoes and cut them into thirds. Add to a stock pot and cover the potatoes with 1 inch of water. Add the salt and boil gently for 10-15 minutes or until very fork tender. Drain, then gently mash with 1 Tablespoon of butter and sour cream. Set aside.
Prepare the broth: Melt 2 Tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
Whisk in flour, use a silicone spatula to stir as the flour cooks for 1 full minute to remove the raw flour taste.
Add the chicken broth in splashes, stirring continuously. Use a silicone spatula to loosen any beef remnants from the bottom of the pot, this will add flavor.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, mustard powder, and sage. Slowly add the half and half. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Stir in the potatoes until well-combined into the broth. If possible, use an immersion blender to blend until creamy. You can also transfer it to a blender in batches.
Add the ground beef and frozen vegetables and allow them to heat through, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Gradually sprinkle with shredded cheese and stir until combined. Make sure the base of the soup isn’t too hot or the cheese won’t melt creamy and smooth. The soup will continue to thicken as it sits.
Taste, season with salt/pepper if desired and serve! Enjoy! 😉
