ROLE OVERVIEWS:
The Driver will provide safe, reliable, confidential, and professional driving services to the Chief Executive Officer of ASA Microfinance (SL) Ltd, ensuring efficient and secure movement that reflects the corporate image of the institution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Safely transport the CEO to all official engagements within and outside Freetown
• Plan routes in advance and monitor road and security conditions
• Ensure punctuality for all CEO appointments
• Conduct daily vehicle checks — fuel, oil, brakes, tyres, and cleanliness
• Log all trips, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Maintain strict confidentiality on all CEO conversations and movements
• Run official errands for the CEO office including bank and courier duties
• Observe defensive driving and corporate security protocols at all times

REQUIREMENTS:
• WASSCE certificate or ability to read and write at minimum
• Valid Sierra Leone Driver's License — Class B and D
• Minimum 5 years driving experience with at least 2 years driving for an executive
• Proven experience driving to provincial towns across Sierra Leone
• Excellent knowledge of Freetown and major routes in Sierra Leone
• High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
• Clean driving record with no major traffic offences
• Physically fit and available for flexible hours, weekends, and travel

BACKGROUND
The Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) Sierra Leone, in collaboration with the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) of the United States Government, delivers projects under a $500 million Compact addressing key development challenges including the Power Sector Reform, Transmission Backbone, and Distribution and Access projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Deputy CEO for Projects, the ESP Director provides strategic and technical leadership to ensure all Compact-funded projects meet Sierra Leone's national environmental and social laws, MCC environmental guidelines, and IFC Performance Standards.

The Director will oversee environmental, social, stakeholder engagement, resilience, and health and safety measures across project planning, procurement, implementation, and monitoring, and will represent MCA-SL in engagements with government ministries, regulatory bodies, and international donors.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Technical Director will provide overall technical leadership, strategic guidance, and quality assurance for the MCGL project in Sierra Leone. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for all programme components.

• Lead design of evidence-based service delivery models and MNCHN innovations.

• Strengthen capacity of health managers and workers across system levels.

• Improve data systems and promote data use to optimise service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced degree in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field.

• 9–10 years progressive technical leadership in international health; 5+ years senior management.

• Expertise in at least two MNCHN areas: maternal, newborn, child health, or nutrition.

• Proven experience working with the Government of Sierra Leone.

• Experience managing multi-partner USG-funded projects.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
