Subject: {PHANTOM CENTER} Instructions {(//TOP SECRET\\)}
This memorandum outlines instructions for the forthcoming platform {PHANTOM CENTER} sessions scheduled to commence 2100 hours on Friday, 16 January 2026.
1. Entrainment: This experiment is designed as a continuous journey of consciousness for at least 15-30 minutes. The brain requires approximately 15 to 30 minutes of continuous listening to synchronize or "entrain" to a specific frequency. If you join mid-session, try to stay for at least 15-20 minutes to allow your brainwaves to align with the current state and trans-communication vocal projections. If you leave and return, be aware that you may be entering a different state without the benefit of the earlier preluding audio.
2. Equipment: Please use stereo headphones. relies on delivering slightly different , , and to each ear simultaneously. If headphones are not available, the experiment can still be operated as a standard ITC device as intelligent trans-communication can still be observed via mono or stereo speakers (smartphone, tablet, etc.) without immersive properties.
3. Environment: Find a quiet, distraction-free space. If possible, listen with your eyes closed to deepen the internal experience.
4. Volume: Keep the volume at a comfortable, low level. If the volume is too high, it can cause mental fatigue.
5. Mindset: Approach the sessions with an open mind and a on self-observation. The effectiveness of these experiments can vary greatly by individual. If you have been listening for an extended period, give yourself a few minutes to "ground" after listening.
Each session is divided into different designed to guide the brain through various states of . To truly experience these shifts, plan your arrival and departure around these critical listening blocks. The schedule detailing time blocks, frequency progressions, recommended listening durations, and expected effects will be released prior to each {PHANTOM CENTER} session.
