MY SELF-REALIZATION 💎

I distinguish between the ways of realizing a man and a woman in life.

For me, female self-realization is, first of all, a balance between femininity, financial wealth and a favorite thing.

A bias in each component is fraught with either a lack of pleasure from life, or a lack of money.

My realization began through working for seven, lack of personal interests and with permanent stress.

I was not happy, I lived in an eternal race and aggression (you would not recognize Alena now and Alena 10 years ago)

At first, I did not even understand that such a lifestyle would not lead me to my goals. I just did not know that it was possible in a different way.

Many are now at the same stage, because at one time, due to circumstances or ignorance, they chose to realize themselves through hard work 24/7. I hug and support each one, and every day I show you that it is possible in a different way.

I started creating myself when I moved to Moscow (June 1, 2015)
It wasn't difficult to hear myself and my true desires, it was more difficult for me to overcome the habit of living "like a man"
Habits lead us away from the path we want to take. But these same habits help create a new you.

The hardest thing is to replace one habit with another. So I started studying new information for myself, reading books, listening to lectures, going to events, surrounding myself with those who delight and inspire.

There were no blogs then and the "peek" function - and like others, was not available. I came up with my own feminine rituals, learned more and more about myself as a woman.
