My son is claiming that this is black mold. Obviously for 1, not black. For 2 not mold. He claims there is mold spores on it. It's a mobile home, had leaking roof, got new roof need to paint with sealer and anti mold. The home was empty for a while. He wants to remove the sheetrock and replace. I do not agree. To me it needs some kilz type paint with mold inhibitor and thats it. Who is right?

"Walked into the kitchen and nearly passed out, thought it was a tarantula, but turns out this absolute unit is a wolf spider named Carl now. Instead of squishing him, I Googled him, and guess what? He eats brown recluses, black widows, cockroaches, basically everything I don’t want in my house.

So now Carl patrols the counter like a bouncer, and I just try not to breathe too loudly in his presence. Please don’t squish Carl. Carl is security."

Would love feedback on LVP vs. laminate. We currently have hardwood, but are tearing it all up, along with all our carpet, to do one floor throughout our main level. We had so many issues with our hardwood floor, and the cost for new square footage, that we opted to do LVP (the long board here). Our installer came to quote and mentioned having a lot of people reporting issues with LVP as of late, and no issues with the new laminate available. He brought over a sample (small piece shown), and I was quite impressed. Would love any feedback on LVP vs. laminate. Thank you!

Neighbors kids broke window in my brand new house
The dad threatened me last week saying he’d break my windows if my dog ever s**t in his yard. (My dog has never done so.) Found this, presumably from his kids being little idiots, already caught them once putting a hole in my siding with a rock. Can’t approach parents without potentially being assaulted. Filed a police report and they couldn’t care less. $1000 repair.
