Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Air fryer potato wedges are a delicious and easy side dish that you can make with just a few simple ingredients. Here's a recipe that you can follow:

Ingredients:
2-3 medium-sized potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the potatoes into wedges, making sure they are all roughly the same size so they cook evenly.
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket, making sure they are in a single layer and not too crowded.

🌭🧀 Rotel Sausage and Cream Cheese Crescents

Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1 (12 oz) package breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 (8 oz) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Freshly chopped cilantro (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, drained Rotel tomatoes, cooked sausage, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended.
3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles as indicated on the package.
4. For each triangle, spoon about 1 tablespoon of the sausage and cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of the triangle.
5. Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the point, ensuring the filling stays tucked inside. Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Ingredients:

6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 ½ lbs (700 g) baby potatoes, halved
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp dried oregano (or fresh, chopped)
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

🍵 Matcha Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients

For the Matcha Sponge (or Ladyfingers Substitute):
4 large eggs (separated)
½ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup cake flour (sifted)
2 tbsp matcha (green tea powder)
¼ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

For the Cream Filling:
1 cup mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Syrup:
1 cup hot water
1 tsp matcha powder
2 tbsp sugar

For Topping:
1–2 tbsp matcha powder (for dusting)
Whipped cream or coffee cream (optional decoration, like in the picture)

Instructions
1. Make the Sponge Cake

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Beat egg yolks with half the sugar until pale and thick.

In another bowl, whisk egg whites with the rest of the sugar until stiff peaks form.

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and matcha. Gently fold into egg yolk mixture.

Fold in egg whites carefully to keep the batter airy.

Pour into the pan and bake for 12–15 minutes. Let cool and cut into two equal layers.

2. Prepare the Syrup

Dissolve matcha powder and sugar in hot water. Let cool.

3. Make the Cream Filling

Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

In another bowl, beat mascarpone with vanilla until smooth.

Fold whipped cream into mascarpone until well combined.

4. Assemble the Tiramisu

Place one sponge layer on the bottom of a square or rectangular dish.

Brush generously with matcha syrup.

Spread half of the mascarpone cream over it.

Add the second sponge layer, brush with syrup, then spread remaining cream.

Smooth the top and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Directions:

Cook the Noodles: Prepare the ramen noodles (or your choice of noodles) according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Ground Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon until browned and fully cooked.
Add Garlic and Sauces: Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Then stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar, mixing well to combine.
Simmer and Thicken (optional): If you want a thicker sauce, stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Ingredients:

For the Pasta:
1 lb linguine or fettuccine pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil (for pasta cooking water)

For the Seafood Sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb lump crab meat
1 cup broccoli florets (blanched)
1/2 cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)

Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the olive oil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions, until al dente (about 9-10 minutes).

Drain the pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Set aside.

2. Prepare the Seafood Sauce:

Sauté the Aromatics:In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.

Add the Cheeses:
Stir in the parmesan and mozzarella cheese, letting them melt into the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional).

3. Combine Pasta & Sauce:

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing everything together to coat the pasta with the creamy seafood sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.

Add the Broccoli:Gently fold in the blanched broccoli florets and cooked shrimp. Stir until everything is well combined.

4. Serve the Seafood Pasta:
