RainShadow Films Founded by: Riley Bodenstab and Tom Klassen The area is spared the constant rain and gray that its nearest major metropolitan city, Seattle, suffers from.

A ‘Rain Shadow’ is by definition a region having little rainfall because it is sheltered by mountains or hills which change the weather patterns. In Washington state there is a ‘Rain Shadow’ which encompasses a beautiful area of the state called the san Juan islands, often most well known for the Orca Whales and Salmon which are native to the region. At RainShadow Films we like to think ourselves

as the eye of the storm in this tumultuous industry. We are here to make movies, and hopefully ones the push boundaries, open eyes and most importantly entertain.
