Poor woody ! He looks to have an uncomfortable ear infection and even with changing his food it hasn’t helped. He may have some type of allergies where his body isn’t liking the food or we’re not sure what the actual cause is which is why we need to get him checked out .

Foster needed until possible owner found !! I found this girl outside a school took to be scanned and no chip . She looks well taken care of so I hope owner is found . Couldn’t leave her at shelter and figured I might have a higher chance at finding temp foster since she’s small and super friendly and looks to be a Model apparently! 💕

Reason 1,000,256 why I hate people.

When are we going to start making people accept responsibility for their commitments .

This shouldn’t be an option for ppl like seriously you had this dog since he was a puppy and now that he’s bigger and “knocks over your kid “ you surrender him to the shelter to die .

This sounds more like a parenting issue and not an issue from the dog ..

That is honest and yes I will judge you because you are a grown ass adult whose in capability of keeping their commitment will result in this dogs death . So yes being someone who has to take on what you give up on I have every right to say whatever.

This poor scared boy is at South La . A large breed black dog at a shelter that is already in crisis and overwhelmed.

Join our Halloween costume contest 🎃🎃🎃🎃

Fifi is the most gentle soul. What I find so remarkable about her is that she is always smiling, no matter her circumstances. She was rescued from a shelter, where she faced imminent euthanasia and was then in a foster home, where she was neglected. She is now in an amazing foster home but she is still suffering. She has entropion, which means her eyelashes grow into her eyeballs. The lashes rub on the cornea and cause major discomfort. Through it all, she smiles. I think there's a life lesson there but our hope is that sweet Fifi can be happy and live a life without pain. By participating in and sharing this fundraiser, you're helping enable us to get Fifi the surgery she desperately needs.

Fifi is a 4 year old husky who was rescued from Coachella Valley Animal Shelter in August 2024 by Girls Who Love Dogs Rescue. Shortly thereafter, we noticed that her eyes seemed to be bothering her. A visit to the vet confirmed that she has entropion. Entropion is a condition where the eyelids roll inward. Essentially, the eyelashes lining her eyes are rubbing on her eyeballs. It is very painful and Fifi is suffering. If left untreated, it will eventually cause scarring of the cornea and loss of vision!
