At Foodiamo, we love Italian food. We love to find (and eat) great Italian food, and we love to talk about it. Most of us are Italian, born and raised on a one-bowl-of-pasta-a-day diet. Everybody else has lived in Italy long enough to appreciate the difference between pecorino sardo and pecorino toscano, and fall in love with both. Those of us who live in Italy like to explore all the nuances and varieties of Italian cuisine. Those who live in the US are always looking for the best mozzarella in town, and for the dishes that they've grown up with.
