MJ Promotions was created in 1991, and soon after established a four star dance studio which grew into JvonShay Promotions specializing modeling and promoting modeling talent in the United States and abroad. MJ Promotions produces top model showcases, (Face of JvonShay and Face of Glamour) established in 2000 by CEO and Founder JvonShay Lucci who is an established vocalist, dancer, model, actress and choreographer, as well as international runway coach who has worked with U.S.A. and Miss America systems has developed various talent from various regions in the United States. JvonShay quotes " To be the best one must put forth their best in all that is said and done, to withdraw one must make an investment in themselves." JvonShay does just that in everyone she meets, inspires, electrifies, and develops relationships and talent. MJ Promotions has featured models with regional and national designers such as, Richard Bowman Xavier, Natalia Gaviria, Evil Kitty Designs, and more. Some of the notable models featured nationally are, Jenesis Shaw, Racquia West, Angela Renee Ellis, Azlynn Berry, Tala Bakhtar, Vanessa Joyner, and Joseph Didarloo.
