Step crack in double brick apartment wallBought a 1970s unit with step cracks in the double brick wall. Looks like it’s had an attempted repair previously due to different coloured bricks. How bad is the damage and how fast should we get someone to fix it? How much would a fix cost as well? Can’t seem to find any mention of this in any of the strata documents from the past 10 years.

Bought a 1970s unit with step cracks in the double brick wall. Looks like it’s had an attempted repair previously due to different coloured bricks. Best way to clean brick?What’s the best way to clean the brick on my chimney? Looks like a mixture of hard moss and soot. Used to be wood burning but no longer is. I have a pressure washer and tall enough ladder. Bottom half towards the right edge I used a hand wire brush to remove the moss but will not touch the soot.

Curved Paver Patio Question
I'm working on some pavers for my walkway, and I want to double check that this is the right way to curve the soldier course pavers.
Some of these gaps feel too wide for sand... If this isn't the right way, can someone give me some guidance Thx.

Retaining wall DIY - am I insane for thinking I can do this myself (with help)?
We’ve lived in the house since 2021 and the walls have shifted over time and it’s definitely time to address the issue. I want to completely redo both sections of walls with new stone, ideally keeping the same layout for the front wall (around the mulch bed/lights) but I do want to change the layout of the back portion where the stairs are. I’ll need to address the drain from the gutters as well as the power that runs to the lights for the steps/receptacles in the trash area as well as the lights for the front section in the mulch area (I bought a home wiring guide to help educate myself in this area). I want to rip out and redo the area for the trash bins as well. I took measurements of the current layout and I believe contracting this out would be an exorbitant sum (which I believe the last owners did and the wall is failing). I’ve done a good bit of research already on DIY retaining walls and want to do it right as we’re planning to sell next year. I do intend to 1) rent a dumpster to dispose of the existing wall blocks, 2) rent some sort of mini excavator to help with digging the dirt back and 3) rent a saw for all the stone cuts I’ll need to make. Any tips, advice, design ideas, and words of encouragement are welcomed and appreciated!
