Surprising my husband with his favorite dishes for our 8 year anniversary!

First dish is Korean Cold Bean Noodles, 콩국수!! 🫘

Though it’s no longer a surprise because he got home while i was cooking and once the blended bean juice spilled everywhere, I asked him to help clean it up because I was getting overstimulated hahah

Ingredients:
• 250g soybeans
• 800mL water for soaking
• 300mL water for boiling
• 500mL water for blending
• 10g sesame seeds
• somen noodles
• cucumber
• boiled egg
• ice

Recipe:
1. Soak beans in water for 6 hours
2. Wash beans, pour soaked beans (with the soaked water), and additional water in a pot to boil
3. Leave on heat until it boils. Once boiling, discard the white foam and bean peals
4. Boil for an additional 3-5 mins. Make sure beans are tender!
5. Blend with additional water
6. Cool blended mixture
7. Boil noodles
8. Plate with noodles, ice, bean mixture, cucumbers and boiled eggs!

Make sure to season with salt!!!!

Hope you enjoy :-)
