The show is split into segments: MONOLOGUE, SKETCH, ROUND TABLE, COMMERCIAL (sketch), BLACK TWITTER, and I NEED WORK. The show's purpose is to provide a subversive comedic voice from a black experience, create a platform of discourse that encourages exchange as opposed to polarity, and to showcase the talents of the host and other cast members.
