7. 1 packet taco seasoning mix
8. Nacho cheese flavored Doritos (crushed)
9. 4 flour tortilla wraps
10. Shredded lettuce

Directions:
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it's browned. Drain any extra fat.
2. Add the diced onions and chopped green peppers to the skillet. Cook for 4 minutes until they soften.
3. Mix in the taco seasoning and stir until everything is combined.
4. In another bowl, combine the Rotel and nacho cheese sauce.
5. Lay the tortilla wraps flat on a clean surface.

This recipe brings together the creamy richness of cheesecake with the sweet, nutty flavor of pecan pie for a perfect dessert fusion!

Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups (272g) graham cracker crumbs (about 18 crackers)
1 cup (100g) finely processed pecans
¼ cup (55g) light brown sugar, firmly packed
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Filling:
16 ounces (452g) cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
½ cup (114g) sour cream, room temperature
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
2 large eggs, room temperature, lightly whisked
Topping:
1 cup (220g) light brown sugar, firmly packed
⅔ cup (227g) dark corn syrup
1 tablespoon dark rum (optional)
¼ cup (56g) unsalted butter
3 large eggs
¼ cup (60ml) heavy cream
¼ teaspoon salt
2½ cups (260g) roughly chopped pecans
Instructions:
For the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick spray. Wrap the outside of the pan with foil to prevent leaks.
Prepare the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, finely processed pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
For the Filling:
Lower the oven temperature to 300°F (150°C).
Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
Add sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and salt; continue to mix until well combined.

1 small bag of red hard candies 🍬
1 small bag of yellow hard candies 🍋

2 tbsp (15g) unsweetened cocoa powder 🍫

Super Black Chocolate Buttercream:

2 cups (454g) unsalted butter, softened 🧈
7½ cups (960g) powdered sugar 🍥
1 cup (100g) black cocoa powder 🍫
⅓ cup (80ml) heavy cream 🥛
2 tsp vanilla extract 🍦
Black gel food coloring 🎨
Bloody White Chocolate Ganache Drip:

1 cup (175g) white chocolate chips 🍫
½ cup (120ml) heavy cream 🥛
1 tbsp (7g) light corn syrup
Red gel food coloring 🎨
Instructions:

1️⃣ Strawberry-Raspberry Filling:

Prepare the sauce and chill it in the refrigerator.
2️⃣ Glass Fire Shards:

Crush red, yellow, and orange hard candies. Bake at 350℉ (177℃) for 5-7 minutes, melt into fire shapes, and cool. Break into shards and store in an airtight container.
3️⃣ Red Velvet Cake Layers:

Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease two 7-inch pans.
Cream butter, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Add eggs and red food coloring.
Alternately add flour, cocoa, and buttermilk. Add baking soda and vinegar.
Divide batter and bake for 28-30 minutes. Cool completely.
4️⃣ Black Velvet Cake Layers:

Grease two 7-inch pans.
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, soda, and salt. Add wet ingredients and hot coffee.
Divide and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.
5️⃣ Red Velvet Buttercream:

Beat butter and powdered sugar. Add heavy cream, vanilla, and red food coloring until light and fluffy.
6️⃣ Super Black Buttercream:

Beat butter, powdered sugar, cocoa, and cream until fluffy. Add black food coloring and let it darken.
