When I’m mixing modern rock and metal sometimes the thing that takes a track up a notch isn’t another EQ move.

Instead it might be a cinematic intro, a transition into the chorus, ear candy, or additional programming. An impact that makes a section hit harder than it did before goes a long way.

That kind of stuff really puts the whole production in a different league.

While there’s no official announcement yet, the fact that they’re even discussing it internally is huge.
