The main problems existing in the current mask clamping line are:
1. The joints are easy to break.
2. Because athletes sweat a lot, Crocodile clip are prone to rust.
3. The spring of the Crocodile clip is aging and the mask cannot be clamped tightly.
4. The inside of the wire rope is easy to break and has weak electrical conductivity
5. The plastic sheath of the steel wire rope is prone to aging, the material is hard, and it is uncomfortable to wear.
Regarding the above issues, I conducted in-depth research with the design and production departments and carried out targeted upgrades to the products.
The following are several measures to upgrade the problems with mask clamping lines:
1. For the problem of easy breakage at the joints. Mainly, the crimping of the joints still uses the traditional manual method. In order to avoid uneven manual operation, we purchased special crimping pliers and set the parameters. This can completely avoid the impact of the workmanship on the joint quality.
2. The problem of Crocodile clip rusting easily. Most manufacturers use 204 stainless steel, and we have further upgraded to 304 stainless steel, which has greatly delayed the rust problem of the yellow croaker clips.
3. The spring of the Crocodile clip is old and cannot clamp the mask tightly. Regarding this problem, we changed a number of spring suppliers and found a manufacturer that specializes in high-quality spring steel to supply our springs. After 3,000 fatigue tests, the springs can still work normally.
4. The problem that wire ropes are easy to break. All the steel wire ropes on our market are made by the single-twist method. We have improved the processing technology and used the double-twist method to make the wire rope machine, which greatly increases the stability and firmness of the wire rope.
