A few days ago, one of our fosters found sweet little Parker. This poor dog had a dead kid dangling halfway out of her, and she was in great distress. We asked her to drop her off at our reliable friends at Granada Animal Hospital after she had called us. After discovering another deceased puppy inside of Parker, Dr. Wolfe operated to remove the puppy, neuter Parker, and preserve her life. Parker is underweight, weighing only seventeen pounds. We're glad to let you know that Parker is on the mend from her trauma, and when she's well enough to begin her new life, we already have an approved adopter for her.

We express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Wolfe and Granada Animal Hospital for their prompt assistance when we needed it most. We know that they will give the many dogs we bring there outstanding care all year long. You can always expect VIP treatment for our rescue dogs.

Tomorrow, Granada Animal Hospital will have a holiday fundraiser to support both our organization and other nearby rescues. Please make time to visit and help this incredibly kind and kind veterinarian. Dr. Wolfe, you are loved by the Sophie Team ❤️
