September through Halloween, we’re bringing back a Schoolhouse tradition: movies we love, paired for your movie night.

First up: DEATH BECOMES HER × CEMETERY MAN.

Tonight’s theme: Love is eternal. Unfortunately, so is everybody else. 💀❤️

Cemetery Man is Michele Soavi’s gorgeous, bizarre Italian horror romance starring a very young Rupert Everett as a cemetery caretaker whose residents refuse to stay buried. Part zombie movie, part black comedy, part existential love story.

Death Becomes Her gives us Meryl Streep, Goldie Hawn, Bruce Willis and Isabella Rossellini in a deliciously nasty tale about eternal youth, vanity, friendship and the small problem of what happens when your body dies… but you don’t.

THE DOUBLE FEATURE: beautiful people + immortality + terrible decisions. 🍿

Apparently the best way to watch Widow’s Bay is in a cemetery.

Hollywood Forever + sea hags + masked killers + Herb’s Burgers + Patton Oswalt + one genuinely stacked cast = pretty much my ideal night.

And the show? So fu***ng good. Funny without killing the horror, creepy without taking itself too seriously, and Stephen Root is operating on another frequency.

I may officially be a Widow’s Bay evangelist now.

Watch it somewhere haunted. 👻
