There are people who know how to set an impeccable table. —And then there are those who understand what the table is actually for!  For his very first magazine cover, joins our Editor in Chief .Guevarra for a conversation that begins, naturally, with food—but quickly reveals what matters most to the crowning culinary Houston creator.
