Viacom Entertainment Group Parent company of Paramount Pictures from 1994 until 2006. Headquartered at the historic Paramount lot in Hollywood, CA Formerly a division of Viacom, inc.

From 1994 until 2006 when Viacom was split into two companies. The Viacom Entertainment Group was headed up by Chairman Jonathan Dolgen. It consisted of the following businesses:

Following the breakup into two companies, Paramount Pictures alone remained with Viacom, Paramount Television, UPN and Simon and Schuster became units of CBS. The remaining companies were sold by Viacom or CBS. Key executives during this period included
