KTLA Cares spotlighted Habitat for Humanity of Orange County () today and their annual Leaders Build Challenge. 🏠

The event brings business and community leaders together to raise funds and spend the day building homes for families in need across Orange County.

Habitat OC works to make homeownership possible for hardworking families who might otherwise be priced out of the housing market.

KTLA is proud to partner with Children’s Hospital Los Angeles 🤝 in support of their Make March Matter campaign.

Every March, the community comes together to raise critical funds for CHLA (), one of the nation’s leading pediatric hospitals. The hospital provides life-saving care to more than 600,000 children each year 👶, regardless of a family’s ability to pay.

Donations during Make March Matter help support:
🩺 Groundbreaking pediatric research
💙 Life-saving treatments and specialized care
✨ Advanced medical equipment and technology
❤️ Programs that support patients and their families

For many families across Southern California and beyond, CHLA is a lifeline.

February is here and that means it’s American Heart Month. ❤️

KTLA is proud to be a long-time partner of the American Heart Association, because in Southern California, heart disease is the #1 killer. It takes more women than all cancers combined but here’s the powerful part: 80% of cardiovascular disease is preventable.

Small choices save lives: eat better, move more, ditch to***co, and prioritize sleep. Your heart is working 24/7 for you, it’s time to return the favor.

Giving back is part of Grammy weekend 💙
Through the Grammys gifting lounge, and Distinctive Assets are supporting the 100 Billion Meals Challenge, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and the Downtown Women’s Center. A reminder that the biggest moments don’t always happen on stage 💙

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Our first 5K and 10K of 2026, the Altadena Forever Run!

This inaugural run served as a tribute to those affected by the Eaton Fire, honoring the lives lost, the homes destroyed, and the strength of Altadena as it rebuilds.

Proceeds support fire survivors and local relief efforts. We are grateful to be part of this moment and look forward to covering many more runs this year!

✨ Holiday magic in Santa Monica✨

LA’s very own Wendy Burch and Eric Spillman helped bring the cheer as emcees for Meet Me Under the Fig at the Miramar Hotel. A seasonal celebration filled with music, community, and classic SoCal holiday spirit. A beautiful afternoon of connection, giving, and festive fun by the coast 🎄
