has distributed independent and classic films since 1986, beginning with Andy Warhol's "Flesh for Frankenstein" (in 3D), Jeanne Moreau's "L'adolescente," cult-item Mortuary Academy (w/ Paul Bartel, Mary Woronov) and re-issuing Akira Kurosawa's "The Seven Samurai" and other classics. "Emilio" is Landmark's first venture into the burgeoning Latino-themed American "arthouse" market.
