An Architectural Marvel in Culver City for Filmmakers and Photographers.
Inside, the building offers a rare versatility for editorial work and luxury campaigns.

Major brands have already taken note; for instance, the building served as the primary backdrop for a national Gap campaign in 2025.

The Wrapper Building commands attention through its bold, rhythmic lines and unconventional silhouette. Its facade a striking blend of textured concrete and daring cantilevered volumes generates a sense of fluid motion that shifts as you move around it. For visual storytellers, the building functions as an evolving canvas where the dynamic geometry and interplay of light offer an endless array of frames.
