Stephen Beitler is the founder of FreeYogaTV, an online mindfulness and yoga community. He comes from the Sivananda tradition and teaches from his own personal experience with presence. He has always been fascinated with the improbable facility and capability of the human body and its interconnection with the energetic body. s balance in our physical manifestation. Stephen has been exploring this bridge between the un-manifest and the manifest through years of study and experience. He holds space for others to explore to their hearts content; wherever the heart might lead them. He simply encourages you to walk the path that is already in front of you. Breathe with us for 30min in the morning 5/29 10:30am PST; link in bio... When we are stressed, our breath becomes short and uncontrolled. Spend a little time breathing together and see if it shifts our barrage of thoughts... perhaps; perhaps leading to insight, so we might make choices from wisdom, and not from reactivity.
