Ingredients by Miss J
A:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
B:
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
C.
3/4 cup mashed bananas
D. Topping:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
6 tbsp all-purpose flour

Procedure:
1. Combine A, then add B. Stir in C.
2. For the D, use a fork or pastry cutter to combine until crumbly.
3. Bake at 350F/175C for about 45-60 mins (Loaf pan),
30 minutes (jumbo muffins). If using standard 3oz cups, bake for about 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Kundi lahat ng sakripisyong hindi nila nakita, lahat ng aral na tinanggap mo kahit masakit, at lahat ng pagkakataong pinili mong maging mas mabuting tao.
