Neighbor had a flat roof installed and they went up my wall. Is that standard ? If not, should I bitch to the company and what is the remedy ? They knew I was home and didn’t ask about putting anything on my wall.

the two lots to the right of this are about to be under construction and there will be a retention pond put in two lots down from us. but obviously that stuff isn’t done yet.

Already fixed with the 1 year warranty at the 2 year mark because the house was "still settling" I'm tired if everyone telling me this is normal because my home in California was a new build and didn't look like this at 11 years old. This is just the tub.....i have many cracks and door issues.

Would it be annoying to ask my builders to move the ceiling fan to the middle of the living room? right now it‘s wired about 4ft from the tv wall.. and not in the middle of the can lights at all.

they just did wiring yesterday and I came in today to check it out.

Will it be annoying if I ask them to move it? it looks to me like there’s plenty of slack in the wire.

Need Help! Toro Recycler Max
I purchased a brand new Recycler Max to replace my 7 year old Craftsman. I THOUGHT I was getting a huge new upgrade. But honestly? This thing sucks! I have a beautiful lawn in Tennessee. This thing can’t even get through the front yard without completely clogging up and bogging down! It’s embarrassing that this cost near $600!

Should I return this thing?? The only question I have is what mower do I even look at now? My interest in electric mowers is pretty low.

My underground crew used a PVC 90° on a 976' run. Had to take out $20k in concrete and dig 4' down to find this.

Toilet fl**ge won't sit flush with flooring
Trying to install a toilet fl**ge in my basement bathroom and am having a heck of a time getting the fl**ge to sit flush with the floor. I can get it pushed down to just about a half inch above the floor, but there's no getting it further. Been using a rubber mallet to try and get it to push further, but ended up cracking the first one and having to use a sawzall to cut it out. Curious what I should do the second time around?

I swear HVAC techs think we’re made of money.

Had a guy come out just to quote swapping a control board… dude hits me with a price that made me laugh out loud. Like nah, I’ll just do it myself. Ordered the board, popped the old one out, easy.

Now I’m sitting here trying to land HOT and COMMON on this thing, and EVERY video I watch is absolute garbage. Nobody explains anything straight. It’s all “just hook it up like before” — yeah no s**t, except the wiring isn’t the same.

All I needed was ONE clear explanation. Instead I got 10 dudes rambling for 8 minutes and still not showing anything useful.
