Finally got to try La Mafia Pizza in Raleigh, NC. Placed my order 2 weeks ago and picked this unit up last night. This is one of the very best pizzas in the area in my opinion. Id put it right up there with Oakwood and Di Faras and out of the 3, Id saw La Mafia has the better crust. Its airy and crunchy all the way through but not super dense. Everything about this pizza was on point.

From last night… Seattle, WA, not a city particularly known for its pizza, but found a nice little spot with big NY-style slices, a late-night spot called Big Mario’s, located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle.

Got a regular slice and a pepperoni & jalapeño slice - did my best with the lighting in these shots.

Decent for what it is, and worth trying if you’re in Seattle.

I’ve been living in Denver for almost 7 years, but my favorite pizza has always been from the Lou Malnatis in my hometown just outside Chicago.

There’s some decent pizza in Denver, but I’ve been perfecting my Lou’s replica to quench my cravings.
