This past winter, New Jersey was hit with some of the harshest back-to-back snowstorms in years. For those of us in snow removal, the phone never stopped ringing. Calls came in nonstop from people across my town and neighboring communities who were stuck or unable to get out of their driveways. Without the right equipment, the icy conditions were nearly impossible for many to manage.
In the middle of all the business chaos, I made a personal goal to help 100 people free of charge. I wanted to prove that even when work is busy, there is always room to help others. Over the course of those storms, we ended up assisting more than 140 people.
That mission is what led me to Diane. She was outside battling a massive wall of ice blocking her driveway. Her energy, determination, and hardworking spirit stood out immediately. Naturally, we stepped in to give her a hand, and it became a moment so many of you connected with.
The response from all of you was incredible. You loved Diane’s attitude, her resilience, and the reminder that strong people still exist in our communities. That’s why I wanted to share this follow-up video with you.
The message behind this page has always been bigger than snow removal. It’s about showing that in business and in life, good relationships, hard work, and a simple conversation can create something meaningful. Helping others and doing good deeds can lead to success in ways you never imagined. 🧡
