Earlier this week I attended the Game Accessibility Conference up in Redmond, Wa! This was my third year in a row going and it was absolutely incredible as always. It always feels like a family reunion and it’s honor to be able to sit down and talk game accessibility with people I admire and respect. While there, not only did I get to attend a plethora of wonderful talks, but I also had the opportunity to sit down with some people from Wizards of the Coast and show off my braille MTG cards! It gets better though, because I was given a tour of Nintendo of America HQ, where I was able to casually say hello to Dug Bowser, as well as spend a ridiculous amount of money at the Nintendo store (there will be an unboxing video coming out for all the things I bought)! I’m already excited for next year, but until then, I’ll keep grinding to spread awareness about game accessibility for everyone!

Happy birthday to me! Thank you so much to all my friends and family who made this day and the days surrounding so special! I truly feel loved.

Now back to spending the day watching Invincible with .png and eating good food!

It was Ryan’s birthday last week. Didn’t really have the time to post about it because I was in San Francisco at the game developer conference, but tbh also haven’t been in the mood to post lately. Ryan would have been 29. Been listening to Greenday in his memory 💚🤘

I’ve been wanting to announce this for quite some time, but I have been the given the opportunity to attend GDC2025 thanks to the IGDA Foundation! This has been a dream of mine and the IGDAF has gone above and beyond insuring it will be an accessible experience for me. This week I’ve been volunteering as a staff member at Extreme Mobility, an extreme sports camp for blind people. I went here many times during high school and it’s amazing to be able to help out kids that were my age when I started going. This week is going to be filled with skiing, tubing, rock climbing, snowmobiling, and so much more! Stay tuned for a bunch of photos and videos!
