100 hour oat brownies π πΏππ©πππ‘π¨: - 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter - 4 large eggs - 1 tbsp vanilla extract - 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar - 1/2 cup cocoa powder - 1 tbsp espresso powder - 1 tbsp salt - 1 1/3 cup chocolate + 1 tsp coconut oil - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour - 3/4 cup oat flour ππ€π₯π₯ππ π¬ππ©π: - A lot of chocolate πΏππ§πππ©ππ€π£π¨: 1. In a nonstick saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat until golden, being careful not to burn it. 2. In a large bowl, mix eggs, cooled butter, vanilla extract, and sugar. 3. Microwave chocolate and coconut oil in 30 second intervals until melted and pour in with mixture. 4. In another bowl, combine flour, oat flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt. 5. Mix dry ingredients in with the wet. 6. Line a dish with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Sprinkle the top with more chocolate. 7. Wrap the pan in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 72 hours to rest. 8. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F and bake the batter for 30 minutes. 9. Remove from oven, wrap tightly in aluminum foil, and freeze for 30 minutes. 10. Transfer the brownies from the freezer to the refrigerator and chill for an additional 24 hours before serving. - - -
