FRUIT LEATHER FOR THE WIN πŸ₯­πŸ₯­πŸ₯­ π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨: - 4 ripe mangoes - Juice of 1/2 a lime - 2 tbsp honey π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨: 1. Preheat your oven to 200Β°F 2. Blend the mangoes, lime juice, and honey in a blender until smooth. 3. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. (Spread it evenly with a spatula) 4. Bake for 3 to 4 hours or until the fruit leather is dry to the touch. Oven times can vary, so start checking at around 3 hours. 5. Allow it to cool completely, remove, and enjoy! - - -

100 hour oat brownies πŸ‘€ π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨: - 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter - 4 large eggs - 1 tbsp vanilla extract - 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar - 1/2 cup cocoa powder - 1 tbsp espresso powder - 1 tbsp salt - 1 1/3 cup chocolate + 1 tsp coconut oil - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour - 3/4 cup oat flour 𝙏𝙀π™₯π™₯π™šπ™™ π™¬π™žπ™©π™: - A lot of chocolate π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨: 1. In a nonstick saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat until golden, being careful not to burn it. 2. In a large bowl, mix eggs, cooled butter, vanilla extract, and sugar. 3. Microwave chocolate and coconut oil in 30 second intervals until melted and pour in with mixture. 4. In another bowl, combine flour, oat flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt. 5. Mix dry ingredients in with the wet. 6. Line a dish with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Sprinkle the top with more chocolate. 7. Wrap the pan in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 72 hours to rest. 8. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F and bake the batter for 30 minutes. 9.
