VANC represents 34 Neighborhood Councils across the San Fernando Valley, vital communities for the Mayor, and serves to empower, unite, and amplify the voices of local residents. Mayor Bass continues to demonstrate her commitment to the Valley, and this is an opportunity for the community to show we are active, engaged, and making a difference.

🚨 Disappointing Experience with Your Management & Real Estate Group, Inc.🚨

I had a very negative experience while renting from Your Management & Real Estate Group, Inc. and wanted to share my story to hopefully help others avoid similar issues.
Here are some key concerns I faced during my time renting at 1030 N Oxford Ave, Apt. 9:
1 Unreturned Security Deposit: I vacated my apartment on September 23, 2023, leaving it in clean and good condition. Despite this, my security deposit of $1,800 has not been returned.
2 Payment Issues: They accepted a payment for October 2023 from a housing program, even though I had already moved out by that time.
3 Broken Agreements: We had an agreement regarding cleaning costs, but I have not been reimbursed the $300 as promised.
4 Challenging Living Conditions: During my tenancy, I encountered several difficult situations with the management, which led to a very stressful living environment.
5 Unnecessary Legal Action: There was an eviction case filed against me, despite there being no outstanding rent owed.
Overall, my experience with this company was extremely frustrating and stressful. If you're thinking about renting from them, I would strongly encourage you to think twice and make sure you are aware of potential issues.
