🚨 L.A. County heads up — firearm law update 🚨
A new federal court ruling just dropped that may allow open carry in California if it takes effect and is not stayed.
What that would mean:
Your firearm must be visible
No round in the chamber
No magazine inserted
You can carry a loaded magazine in your pocket or pouch
Loaded carry still requires a CCW
California is expected to appeal, so nothing is final yet.
Until courts finish this out, the law is still in flux — stay sharp and stay legal.
