Mark Warshavsky was one of the world’s greatest Yiddish songwriters and poets, most famous for his songs, Oyfn Pripetchik and Dem Milners Trern. However, the majority of his songs lie in obscurity without accessible recordings. In an upcoming 2017 project, the Yiddish Music Collective will raise funds to record the compete folk songs (about thirty) of Mark Wars
